My dog, who is usually very energetic and happy, recently started excluding herself and staying away from everyone. She is very shaky, hard to get to eat, squeals when you try to help her sometimes, and walks around with her tail down and a sad look in her eyes. I just want her to feel better. We took her to the vet and they said her blood tests were perfect but she had a fever so we got antibiotics, but they dont seem to be helping. Do you know what could be wrong with her?

Unfortunately, I can't begin to guess at what is going on. There can be many causes of a fever, including autoimmune disease, bacterial infection somewhere on or in the body, viral infection, etc. A fever could certainly explain her symptoms. I would continue to work with your vet to figure out what is going on with Beretta.
