Why is my dog's shoulder lump bleeding with tiny holes and no hair?

Even though a picture would help to understand better the underlying cause, This presentation could be due to a trauma or localized spot of skin infection (likely to be caused by bacteria). A check up, appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) are needed to solve the problem. Disinfection may be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths. Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any licking (if any). It could be an infection, cyst, or possibly a hystiocytoma. The best thing would be to have a vet take a look at the lesion. Your vet can do a needle aspirate to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. He may need an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, or it may need to be removed. Hope he feels better soon!

I'm sorry to hear Chopper is having issues. Growths like you are describing can be age-related wart-like growths known as adenomas, but they can also be types of skin cancer. If they are bleeding and irritated, they can need to be removed in order to resolve the issue regardless of whether they are benign (non-cancer) or not. I would recommend he be evaluated by his regular veterinarian to determine what kinds of bumps they are, whether or not they are concerning and what options you have to stop the bleeding and get him back to normal. Since the vet's treatment didn't work, then Harley should be re-evaluated. The bump on the elbow looks like a callus, which is completely normal. It can get bigger or even irritated, but there isn't much we can do for it other than providing a soft place to lay rather than the hard floor. The wound on the toe looks bad, it could be caused by a deep infection or possibly something stuck under the skin, like a splinter or grass awn/seed. Your vet may need to sedate Harley to open the area on the foot to check for something being stuck and to flush out that area.

This lump requires ideally an immediate check up to determine its underlying nature. Given the treatment failure it is unlikely to be caused by an infection, and differentials would include skin cysts and benign or more malignant type of tumors. Your vet will probably take some samples from it to analyse the type of cells in it.

This may be an abscesses, cysts or tumors. You should have them examined by your veterinarian. An abscess can usually be treated with antibiotics and/or be lanced, and a cyst can be evacuated. To identify a tumor, your vet may want to do a fine needle aspirate (he takes some material from the bump with a needle and then looks at it under the microscope) to determine whether the mass is concerning.
