My dog, 3 years old, has recently taken to around the same time each day, shivering. She doesn't appear to be in any pain, and after about an hour of the shivering, she's totally fine. She'll want to play, eat, drink, bark at other dogs, run around and be herself. She shows no negative signs, but 4 days in a row now she's had the shivering at roughly the same time, but is perfectly fine before and after that time. Any idea on what's causing this?

If she’s living outside then you need to bring her inside at least at night since she’s probably cold. If she’s inside and shivering that is often a sign of pain so I recommend a veterinary exam to determine the cause of the shivering and start treatment.
