My dog's acting weird: shaking, lying down, and licking. What's wrong?

Finally underlying metabolic diseases such as kidney disease, cushings, hypothyroidism, or other forms of GI disease may cause this as well. However, other issues that could make Mochi act abnormally are neurologic disease or infection.
