My dog's seizures are longer and more frequent. Is this serious?

  I am going to assume you mean a seizure and just misspelled the word. Seizures can certainly result in the after effects you are describing (known as the post-ictal period), often lasting hours to even days in some cases. If a seizure has occurred, the most common causes of this include epilepsy, neurologic diseases, cancers of the central and peripheral nervous system, and severe hypoglycemia. If B has another episode tonight that you can verify, I would not wait until morning to seek assistance. Otherwise, simply keep her comfortable until you can get a scheduled visit at your vet. They may want to obtain x-rays and blood work to rule out some of the things I have described above. If epilepsy or a tumor is the cause of the seizures, the only way to verify or rule one or the other out is with advanced imaging like an MRI. This is only available at specialty facilities and often costs in the multiple thousands of dollars. As a result, in many cases anticonvulsive drugs are prescribed and used empirically without knowing the cause of the seizures. Anyway, I hope I have been helpful.
