Mia had a yeast infection in her ears, we treated it for two weeks with ointment from the vet, she saw the vet on the 29th of March and they said that her ears now looked normal including her ear drums. However, she’s still scratching her ears a lot. Any idea why?

It may take a few days for the medicine to work fully and for her to stop scratching. The fact that she is not scratching as much is a good sign. Monitor her for a few days and call your vet if she doesn't seem better. Your vet may want to recheck her to see if additional treatment is needed.
