My dog is scratching, biting, and sleeping more after moving. Why?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 22 lbs

so my dog has been acting diffrent lately vary to himself mainly asleep ,scratching and biteing himself till his skin turns pink ,weve recently moved to a diffrent building to start a family im not sure if this might be effecting him in any way,or if he might have developed a skin issue,thanks :) (weve been trying to interupt him when he has an itch so he doesnt hurt himself so he doesnt have any redness atm)

I am sorry to hear about Churro, what a cutie he is! If this is a recent change I would wonder if he could have an allergy to something in the environment since your move, or if the new location could have an external parasite such as fleas that he has now been affected by. I would recommend an exam by his vet to check for possible causes, particularly since he is having some lethargy as well. The vet can recommend medication to help with itching if necessary to help Churro be more comfortable!
