Dog scratching after flea bath. Could it be a skin infection?

Pet's info: Dog | Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 3 years old | 45 lbs

What is this? He had fleas. We have gave him a flea bath. He keeps scratching it.

This looks like moist pyoderma which is a focal bacterial skin infection. They can be very mucoid and smell as well as inflamed. Sometimes removing the hair and applying topical antibiotic medication works but other times oral medications are needed for this to clear up.
