My dog scratched her chin raw. How do I heal it and stop scratching?

First, place an e-collar (cone) on her to prevent further scratching. Keep it on her 24/7. You can take it off when she eats or drinks, but monitor her closely so she doesn't start scratching again. Mia Rubi's chin looks like it definitely bothers her. I would actually recommend antibiotics to help with the infection. I would also recommend getting an elizabethan collar so she cannot scratch at her chin until it heals. I would definitely get a recheck with your veterinarian and see if they will treat Mia Rubi with oral medication. Her chin is getting worse from Mia Rubi scratching and rubbing it. That lesion could be an infection, an allergic reaction or ringworm (which humans can get). I recommend to have her examined today. I would not recommend using any appointments or peroxide is that can cause worsening irritation. It will probably heal up just fine, but if you notice any swelling or discharge I recommend that does it to rule out infection or need for antibiotics.

At least on this picture this looks very superficial and it is very likely that it will resolve on its own as long as the area is kept nice and clean. If you have noticed Dexter licking at it, an e-collar to prevent that would be ideal. Otherwise, this should continue getting better. This looks like an infected scratch or bite. I would clean it with hydrogen peroxide twice daily and you can apply a thin film of antibacterial ointment on it. This should improve daily and should be healed in a week or so. If this isn’t healing then please have it examined. He may need oral antibiotics to fight the infection. This looks like chin acne. This can be from allergies causing the irritation and secondary infection. If you are using a plastic dish for meals switching from a plastic feeding bowl to ceramic or metal can help. I recommend wiping her chin off after eating and you can use an human acne pad like Stridex to clean the area. If those thing don’t help a course of oral antibiotics should clear this up.
