Every 7 - 10 days, I have to Express Jake's Anal Glands, as he drags his rear on the floor. Don't Bowel Movements clear out the Anal Glands? If so, are Jake's Stools too small, or is he deformed inside his Anus?

Congratulations on bringing Stella into your family! That seems unusual for that amount of bowel movements followed by the clear liquid at the end. I recommend to have Stella see her veterinarian to be checked for parasites. If parasites are not the cause, she may need a diet change. There is a food brand called Royal Canin which tends to make dogs produce less stool, meaning that there is not a lot of filler and it is easily digestible. If the doctor thinks it is related to anal glands, she may benefit from a supplement like Glandex.
I hope this is helpful and please feel free to post any additional questions.
