Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 29 days old | 9.9 lbs
My puppy is now old enought tostart training to go outside to toilet. My partner took her out and stood eith her but next door dog jumped the hedge and dragged her abit down the garden before my older dog saved her. She is now scared to go out what can i do??

Your puppy is very cute! Remember that she's just a baby - it's not surprising that she's not comfortable outside by herself. Human toddlers aren't expected to take themselves to the bathroom on their own, either! ;)
I would recommend simply going outside with her for now. This is recommended for potty training purposes anyway, since you should be praising her and giving a treat as soon as she goes to the bathroom - not once she's back in the house. Once she's older, she should start to be more comfortable going out on her own.
