Hi there and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!

If mites/mange have been ruled out by Solo's veterinarian, other causes may be related to a an allergy such as a food allergy or environmental allergy. A fungal infection could also be another potential possibility. Next steps would be to perform a fungal culture to rule out a fungal infection and be sure Solo is on a good quality flea preventative year round to help rule out a flea allergy. If fleas and fungus have been ruled out, then I would advise on getting an allergy test done on Solo.

I hope this helps and thanks again for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!
