It depends on the microchip company and relationship with the vet clinic, some registration fees are rolled into the chip, others require a fee for the vet to place the chip and a separate fee for the company to register it. It depends on your area as to if the rabies is good for 1 year or 3 years as they often have different prices. You will need a health exam and health certificate 10 days prior to flights for the your puppy to travel with you. Your vet can review the paperwork needed for him to enter that country without problems, as different areas have specific requirements which can greatly alter the price.
