Recently my dog had a litter of 6 that are about 3 1/2 weeks old. She ended up having a calcium deficiency she had seizures, fever, drooling, vomiting, and was unable to stand. we took her to the vet. They gave her valum, shots, calcium through an iv and gave us calcium pet tabs, we switched her food to a puppy formula, high in calcium but days later she developed kennel cough and its been 3 days she still really sick, we've given her prescibed amoxicillin but now one of the puppies is coughing

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Given her age and clinical symptoms, one of the possibilities is Kennel cough which is contagious. For this reason I recommend that Sammy is kept away from other dogs until she is evaluated for further assessment. Other possibilities include pneumonia, bronchitis, among other possibilities. Your veterinarian could potentially prescribe antibiotics which could help with a possible infectious process. If your veterinarian suspects Kennel cough after evaluation, it would be best to keep her away from other dogs until signs resolve. Good luck and have a good day!
