Hi, this is a prolapsed rectum, a part of your dog's intestines is coming out through his anus and the longer it stays out the more severe the situation will get. You need to take him to see a vet ASAP. You might need to sign him over to a vet or an organisation that can treat him other ways he is going to deteriorate without treatment and end up just having euthanasia as the only option. If left untreated not only he will die but he will also suffer extensively .. which is not acceptable. Please have him checked over ASAP.

  • This is a rectal or vaginal/uterine prolapse (cannot tell you exactly from the pics).
Unfortunately there is not much you can do a part from keeping it moist with some wet tissues/swabs and have it checked immediately by your own veterinarian.
Antibiotics will be needed as these tissues can get easily infected.
