Is my dog safe getting pregnant again so soon after puppies?

If he is much larger than her then she may have a hard time passing the puppies as they can be too larger. They are pregnant for 58-63 days. Around day 45 you can get an X-ray to get an estimate of how many to expect and to make sure none are to large to pass. She can have x-rays prior to delivery to determine if the puppies can fit through pelvis. There not medications that can be given safely during pregnancy to change the size of the puppies.
