She looks small and so it would be recommended to take a radiograph to see if puppies are present or not. She likely is not caught up on vaccines or anything either if you have not had her examined yet so you need to discuss the preventive care that she needs to keep her and the puppies healthy if she is pregnant. Basically at this stage you should see weight gain, increased appetite and her nipples should begin to get larger at this point. if you do not see any of those it is very likely that she is not pregnant.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Weight gain and outward signs of pregnancy is dogs and cats doesn't become evident until 5-6 weeks so I wouldn't worry yet. If you have a Vet who is able to do ultrasound then maybe they can confirm pregnancy for you. Otherwise you would need to weight until day 50-55 for an X-ray. I wish you the best!
