Hi and thanks for posting! This may be due to him ingesting a large amount of grass and perhaps other plant material which irritated his gastrointestinal tract. Sometimes there can be a a bit of blood present when the intestinal tract is inflamed or irritated. Certainly, this could be related to an ongoing parasitic infection or may have another cause entirely. You may try deworming him again with a broad spectrum dewormer such as Drontal Plus as well as placing him a on a bland diet of boiled chicken, rice, and plain canned pumpkin (not the pie filling) for a couple days and continue to monitor his signs at home. If the bloody stools do not resolve or he develops any further signs such as lethargy, vomiting, decreased appetite, then there is something more concerning going on here and will need to be worked up with his veterinarian.
