Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | 5 years and 11 months old | 40 lbs
He is suffering from skin disease. Elevated lession with sinus or infection. More on legs.and also skin lesson like ring-worm with small pustules around the lession.doctor already gave him inj trumectin. Oral fluconazole etc but no relief.

Poor pup. This looks highly suspicious for either demodexx mites or scabies mites. The next step here is to get your vet to test Buddy's skin. A simple skin test should be able to tell which mite is causing this and then get him on the proper treatment to rid the mite. He also has a severe secondary bacterial infection that needs to be treated with a long course of antibiotics prescribed by your vet.
Most pets with a mite infection recover well after starting treatment, but in severe cases like this it can take 1-3 months to fully rid the mites. I do hope that Buddy's skin improves soon! Best of luck and take care.
