Why are my dog's paws and mouth bleeding, and he's not moving?

You should take him to your vets without delay. If he is bleeding a lot you vet will have to put your dog under general anaesthesia to stop the bleed. Also, it is important to find out why he is bleeding. It could be due to a problem in the mouth (large wound or cut on the tongue, bleeding mass etc) but it could be a problem with blood clotting.

Poor Max! The problem is that he cannot talk tell you why this is happening. It sounds like he is experiencing a multitude of problems. Without being seen by your vet, there is no way to know why your dog is so itchy, it could be allergies, fleas, bacterial or fungal skin infection, or more and the treatment is different depending on what the underlying cause is. Your vet can help you get to the cause of the problem so that can be treated rather than just treating the symptoms.

Bleeding from the mouth could be a sign of dental disease or something more serious, like a tumor in the mouth. The lump under the neck could be a lymph node, abscess or tumor. Dogs will often lick their paws secondary to allergies or arthritis pain. It is a little unusual to see gum bleeding secondary to allergies in a dog.
