My dog's paw got run over. He's limping, but not in pain. What to do?

My dogs paw was ran over yesterday .He was able to walk after his paw got ran over but seemed to be in pain so i wrapped him up in blancket and put him in our bathroom.Today he seemed relaxed and was walking on his paw and he is also putting a little pressure on it but He is sort limping but doesnt seem to be in pain.Dont really have the money to take him to the vet so what should i do?

Rest him completely for the next 48 hours (just go out on lead walks for his business). If the signs do not resolve and Bobby is not putting weight on the leg after 48hours a check is necessary to treat at least the pain/inflammation with appropriate meds.
Ice packs on the affected leg (on the spot where you think Bobby might have been injured) may be helpful (10 minutes 2 times daily).
