My dog's paw has red, bleeding boils. Why aren't they going away?

Hello, my dog has developed some boil looking bald patches on her paw, I've been bathing them but tonight one was red and when I applied pressure it popped and started bleeding. Bleeding has stopped now but I'm just concerned that their not going away

It is concerning that these boils are not going away, and it's time to see a vet for them. I would not apply anymore pressure to them, and keep Nelly from licking them. Take her into the vet first thing Monday so the cause of the boils can be diagnosed and treated.
