My dog cut he pad on her paw but theres been no blood what should i do ?? She still applies pressure on it but only limps slightly

Hello there. I'm sorry Pepper hurt her foot.
Even though no flesh is exposed and it's not bleeding these injuries can be painful. I would recommend taking her to the vet for an exam. They can prescribe some pain/anti-inflammatory medications for her and bandage it to provide some padding and make it more comfortable for her to walk. They will, of course, check her for any other injuries that you may not be able to see.
If you want to monitor her for now that is OK too but please don't give her any over the counter medications. That will often cause more harm than good. If you want to try to bandage it you can but it not really recommended because if you get the bandage too tight that can also cause a lot of problems.
