Why is my dog not eating, lethargic, sad, and has orange poop?

Organge poops are concerning for possible liver disease (the yellow colour suggests the liver is not working as well), and diarrhea is concerning as well. Not wanting to eat like normal is also a sign of not feeling well. You can try him on a bland diet of boiled/boneless/skinless chicken breasts and boiled rice to see if it is just a gastritis that has thrown off his gut, otherwise I would suggest getting bloodwork done to see if his liver is OK. It sounds as Suki is suffering from a severe gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting ingestion, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

Your dog needs to be seen by your vet as soon as possible. Any abrupt change in behavior or attitude is a sign he's not feeling well, and without an exam from a vet there's no real way to know what's going on and therefore, how to treat it. He could have eaten something he shouldn't have that's causing an obstruction or irritation, he could have been exposed to something toxic that you weren't aware of, there's a number of possibilities. Your vet will do an exam, lab work, possibly x-rays if indicated, and based on these results, your vet will be better able to understand what is going on with your dog and how best to treat him.

Loss of appetite and lethargy can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Sonu evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam. It sounds like Suzi needs to visit a vet for an examination and work-up. Drinking more water can be a sign of kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes, Cushing's disease, etc. Your vet can run some lab-work to diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. Please call your vet and have her seen as there really isn't anything you can do at home without some veterinary care.

Unfortunately, lethargy and a decreased appetite both have multiple causes both major and minor. It could be anything such as infection, injury, a toxicity or any other number of conditions. Because she's been having these symptoms for several days, ideally, Zuki should be physically examined by your veterinarian. Given current events though, you may need to drive up to the clinic, drop her off then wait for your veterinarian to call you to discuss exam findings and treatment options.

It sounds like Ginny definitely has some GI distress going on if she is very lethargic, vomiting, and not eating. I would schedule a vet visit to have her examined if it continues, and if she seems in severe distress, has a very painful abdomen, or looks bloated, bring her in ASAP or to a local ER clinic. Various causes, such as general GI upset, obstructions, parasites, illness, pancreatitis, etc can all cause similar symptoms to this, so an exam to find the cause is best.
