Hello, I have a 17 pound dog and bought a nexgard for him. Only thing is, it arrived as the 24.1 to 60 pound nexgard. I found out is has double mg of the medicine, 28mg vs 68mg. Can I give him half of a pill for a month? Than you

Unfortunately for any of the chewable tablets, the medication may not be evenly distributed throughout the tablet, so the companies do not recommend dividing chewable tablets. So, I would recommend giving your 15 pound dog the 10-24 pound Nexgard and get the smaller 4-10 pound size for your 7 pound dog.
Good luck! I hope that was helpful and answered your question. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
