  It looks like it may be a little open. I would make sure he isn't licking it. It will likely heal without any further issues. I would also be sure to keep him strictly confined for another 3-4 days to allow it to continue to heal. If you can see a suture, it is bleeding or has a different discharge then I would have your vet take another look at it to ensure he doesn't need any antibiotics or sutures. I hope this helps !

  The occasional drop of blood is ok as long as the wound is not sticky or smelly and he is otherwise well. Generally a wound should be healed in 10-14days and should be rechecked by your vet if still bleeding at that stage

  The incision, from what I can see of it from this photo, looks OK to me. The blood looks dried and the incision does not look open. It is really imperative that you try to keep him calm and keep a cone collar on him to prevent him from licking the incision. He can have controlled exercise meaning you can take him for walks. We just don't want him running around freely and jumping/playing.

  This is likely a mild reaction to tissue stitches and the site may be developing some infection.
  Disinfection may be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths. Leave always the skin very dry. Clorexyderm spot on gel or filtabac can be used on dry skin. Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any licking(if any).
