My dog has neck pain after a fall. What can I do without a vet?

Since you have no easy access to a vet you can start by seriously restricting activity of your dog. That means strictly leash walking for eliminations, otherwise crate rest. You can do some gentle massage to see if you can locate the area of pain. Massage will relax her muscles and relive the pain from muscle spasms. You can also use some heat over her back and neck.
