No, this is not a service that Petco generally provides. Most veterinary clinics do not offer this service either. I would call around to veterinary clinics in your area to find out for sure. You can also contact the Humane Society, as they are the ones that typically do this for animals. You can have a microchip administered and have all of this information embedded into the microchip for identification as well.
