Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 1 month old | 55 lbs
He's had this smallish ulcer inside his mouth since he was about 4 months old. He doesn't mind if I touch it and he eats perfectly fine. When i told the vet it was brushed off but I'm still concerned because it's been there so long! This is the best picture I could get so I tried to draw the circle around it so it's at least sort of visible.

The photo is pretty blurry so I'm not sure I can appreciate how deep this lesion is and it's overall size. If it hasn't gotten larger, is not interfering with eating/drinking, and there's no odor/discharge it could be a normal variation for your dog. However if anything about the site changes I recommend further examination and likely tests on the area.
