I found a small lump on my 4 year old lab/pit mix when I was searching for ticks. It was on his inner thigh and after a fine needle aspiration the vet told me it was a Mast cell Tumor. He’s been ok Prednisone and Benadryl for a week and it’s completely disappeared. What does this mean? Is this a good sign? Could she have misdiagnosed? He’s going back in a couple days for blood work before it gets surgically removed. I’m not sure how they’ll know where it is now!
