Hello. Yogi has this mass on his chest with nodules in his lung lobes and liver. He is however acting completely normal, going on walks, eating and in no apparent discomfort. He subsequently isn't currently on any medications. Is this normal? And should we expect him to go downhill soon/in the near future? Should this mass be causing him discomfort? He is breathing fine and doesn't seem to have his initial cough anymore except when overly exerting himself. Many thanks for your time

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Yogi. How frustrating to not have any definitive answers regarding his condition. I am happy to hear that he is still doing well for you at home though. Unfortunately, regardless of the exact cause of his lesions, I suspect that he will begin to deteriorate. The lesions appear extensive and have the possibility to ultimately interfere with his breathing. I encourage you to enjoy him and make as many memories with him as possible. I have had some families created a bucket list of things to do with an aging pet. Best of luck.
