My pet has a lump. Is it a cyst? Can I pop it myself or see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 30 lbs

I was wondering if this is a cyst? Can I pop at home? And what do I use to clean after popping?

Hello and thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. It looks like a growth. I would not recommend popping this at home as it may bleed heavily and it may become infected. Please, take Chapo to your local vets to examine the lump and to decide what will be the best course of treatment.
