Hi, I have noticed many benign growths on my dog although one stands out in particular, it has caused the fur to come off around the affected area and there is a swelling which is not sore too the touch, when pressure is administered fluid will come out although this seems to just be some kind of lymph fluid due to the swelling, this has not grown and has seemed to have peaked at around half an inch in diameter

There is not much that can be said about it without physically checking it, it could be an hematoma, a cyst, an infection or a tumor, it needs to be checked manually by a vet in order to be diagnosed and treated.
