7 yr lab cross had shots 2 weeks ago. Developed a lump at injection site 1 week later. Had it aspirated, pathology came back as sarcoma. Took dog to new vet and they state it is merely an adverse vaccine reaction due to the fact that it has decreased in size from 2 cm to 4mm. They said it was a false positive for sarcoma. Is this possible? To have sarcoma cells come back but there actually is no cancer?
