Is this something I should be concerned about? I thought these were bumps but maybe it’s just flaps of her lip? I can “lay” them down (as in it’s manipulative) & it just feels like her normal lip. She lets me touch them with no problem. I just don’t think I’ve noticed it before. She was running around with a hard ball in her mouth this morning & eats fine so I know she’s not in pain. She also recently had check up, bloodwork, Ua & t4 done. Everything was good. This just scares me

HI, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!
I wouldn't say it is normal but it likely isn't serious. It could be an abrasion from hitting/rubbing his lip on something, an insect bite, the start of an infection or an immune issue. If he isn't bothered by it I would watch it for a bit. If it goes away then it was likely trauma. If it gets wore or persists for more than 2 weeks I would have him seen by your Vet.
Good luck!
