Why is my dog still limping, not eating, and sleeping after vet visit?

Lameness, loss of appetite and energy are definitely concerning. This can be caused by tick borne diseases such as Lyme disease. There are also certain bone and joint diseases that only affect growing puppies, and need to be ruled out with an x-Ray. I recommend having your appointment sooner rather than later, you may want to call your vet and ask for an earlier appointment.

I recommend a full physical exam to identify the pain and discomfort which is causing him to limp, he may need xrays to investigate fully. Keep his exercise restricted to lead walking only in the meantime so as not to aggravate the injury

I would definitely take him to see your vet. He may have a hidden injury, the shifting lameness could indicate a condition affecting his bones called panosteitis, which is seen in growing puppies, usually large breeds. Since he's feeling poorly overall, I think the sooner he sees the vet, the better. Your vet will do an exam, probably labwork and x-rays, and based on these results, will be better able to inform you about your dog's condition and how best to treat it.

Poor Shadow! I recommend taking him back into the vet for further testing. It's interesting and certainly not normal that a young dog doesn't want to or seems unable to run. A physical exam isn't enough to rule things out, so I recommend further testing such as x-rays of his back, hips, and hind limbs, and possibly x-rays of his chest. It could be a musculoskeletal problem preventing him from running, or it could be something wrong with his heart. The x-ray of his chest will visualize his heart and lungs. Blood work would be a good idea as well. Depending on the results of these tests, the vet may recommend further testing such as an echocardiogram if they suspect something wrong with his heart, or may be able to have a diagnosis and can discuss treatment options with you. Poor Girl! Without seeing her, I cannot say whether or not it is serious, but I am definitely concerned. She could have gotten bit by something or broken a bone and be in a lot of pain, both of which could make her not want to eat. I would try to have her seen by your vet as soon as possible so they can determine what is wrong before she gets any worse. I worry if she got bit by something poisonous that it may be more difficult to treat later if she gets worse. Your vet will be able to do blood work and even x-rays if needed to help her feel better. It sounds like your dog may be sick, and even though the diagnostics did not show much, there may still be something going on with him and additional diagnostics should be considered. Poor Razor sounds like he has a couple of things going on at the moment. It could be he strained or torn a ligament causing him to limp, and he's definitely in pain if he's limping. The cough could be caused by a respiratory infection or cardiac disease. I would rest him tonight. No running, jumping, or playing. Do not let him on the bed, having him sleep on the floor. Take him out to toilet on a leash and bring him right back in when he's done. I would then take him into the vet in the morning for a physical exam, lameness exam, and possibly x-rays. The vet can diagnose what is causing his symptoms and how best to treat them. Please do not give him any human pain medications, as many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given.
