My dog limped, now her tail is limp and she's not herself. Should I worry?

You need to limit her movement as much as you can, keep her calm in the house, on her bed if possible, the less she moves the less she will feel the pain. if the tail is limp a fracture is one possibility, she might need an xray to rule it out.

As long as she isn't screaming out in pain, having a seizure, or having severe lethargy, you should be able to wait until morning to get her seen by your regular vet.
