Jack will pretty regularly lick a specific toe on the same foot. I’ve had the vet look before and she didn’t see anything. The skin around his nail looks swollen but not red or open. I’ve used betadine on it before. Today while he was licking I noticed a tiny white spot near the pad where he licks. When I start touching it he licks my hands so I can assume it’s sensitive to touch. What could this be? Is white spot relevant or is the swollen toe skin avresult of him just licking this one spot?
