My dog keeps licking his paw. Is it a hotspot, blister, or dermatitis?

Hi, it looks more like dermatitis. Does Oatmeal lick/chew his paws ? It might be worthy to have him checked over so that he can receive some medication that will promptly make him better.! It is nothing serious but obviously it will cause some discomfort. Hope all goes well.!
