Why is my dog suddenly lethargic with shaky legs and sensitive to touch?

If this is unusual behavior for your dog I would be concerned that there's something wrong. Shaking and lethargy can be indicative of pain, anxiety or that the pet just isn't feeling well. I would recommend that you take her to be seen by your regular veterinarian. A thorough examination will help determine what may be wrong and how to make her feel better

Usually these signs are related to sudden onset of pain, very commonly spinal or abdominal pain. Yes I agree with your plan I think if the signs do not resolve spontaneously, a check up would be needed to determine underlying source of pain and treat appropriately.

The symptoms you are describing can be caused by many things and would be best to have a veterinarian perform Diagnostics to rule out different causes. Hello there. It sounds like Mochi may be painful. This could be due to back injury or sprain/strain of legs. However, other issues that could make Mochi act abnormally are neurologic disease or infection. I recommend taking him to the veterinarian so he can get a full examine to determine why he is acting abnormally. Your veterinarian may want to do bloodwork and/or x-rays to help make a diagnosis.

With the lethargy and being painful under her arms, she may have hurt her neck or back. This is common if they run and jump a lot or fall somehow. I would bring her food and water to her if she doesn’t get up to see do she wants to eat. From there you can try to encourage her to get up and see if she limps on any leg or moves her neck normally. If it continues after 24 hours or she is unable to stand then I would get her seen

I advice that you have Meg evaluated by your veterinarian for a thorough examination and further diagnostics to be followed by therapy if indicated based on findings. She could be experiencing pain in her back or hindlimbs that is limiting her mobility. Her veterinarian will carefully examine her and try to detect any sore areas.
