Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.

Just feeling 'down' and holding a head down sounds like a general sign of 'unwell'. Sometimes when at the vet the smells and excitement make the animals 'perk up' and then become ill again once they calm down at home.

I recommend having Nevada seen again if he is still very weak and unwell. I would get his temperature checked, as well as bloodwork.
Sometimes, unfortunately, we need to wait until animals get sicker or 'declare' themselves before we can figure out exactly what the problem is.

Best of luck with Nevada, I hope he feels better soon!
