Dog itching and biting feet after deworming. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 11 days old | 65 lbs

Just got my dog work out by our vet when noticing his signs of worms...he condition got better and now noticing his itching and scratching biting feet signs are coming back just after 3 weeks what possible actions to take as he already got wormed out recently

Itching skin can sometimes be caused by intestinal parasites, but there are more common causes like fleas, mange, lice, infections (bacterial or yeast), ringworm, allergies, among others. I would recommend that Rocky be on a good flea preventative. You can also try a medicated shampoo like Dechra MalAcetic Ultra Shampoo, but if it doesn't help with the itching or scratching in a few days, I would recommend that he be re-checked by your vet for the new skin issues.
