My dog keeps itching at this one spot. There are no signs of fleas I even got her flea medicine. Today as she was scratching this one spot I was calling her to come to me and she couldnt even get out of her bed to come to me. Do you have any idea of what is going on?

This presentation could be due to a trauma or localized spot of skin infection (likely to be caused by bacteria).
Disinfection may be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths. Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any licking(if any).
A check up, appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) are needed to solve the problem if the signs persist or get worse in the next 5 days.
