My dog's lip looks inflamed. What is it and how can I treat it?

This looks like a bacterial and possibly yeast in his skin folds from his saliva. This is really common in larger dogs with large lip folds. You could try to use some medicated wipes like miconahex-triz wipes. If it isn't healing, then I would have your vet take a look at it. He will likely need some antibiotics and possibly an anti-fungal medicine to help this heal. I hope this helps!

Based on the photos you provided, I would suspect this to be an allergy or dermatitis from some type or irritant. Lip fold dermatitis can occur where there is excess skin causing saliva to become trapped leading to inflammation / irritation of the skin. I would recommend using the below products, which can be found online quite easily. I hope this helps! Is there anything she could have chewed on to cause that inflammation in the corners, mainly electrical cords? It seems very raw and blistered but does not appear infected by that picture. All you can do is clean the area with soap and water as any other topicals will just get ingested. If it is not better in a day or so take her to your vet for an exam to see why it is not clearing

This is a skin fold dermatitis (inflammation) likely to be caused by an infection. A check up, appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) are needed to solve the problem. You can try cleansing with some diluted betadine or chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) solution. Try not to get any in his mouth. Keep the areas as dry as possible. Any ointment applied will likely get licked off. have your veterinarian examine Benny if daily cleansing does not improve the inflammation. It looks like your dog could be suffering from lip fold pyoderma, an infection of the skin on the lower lip. Often oral antibiotics are needed at least initially to treat this condition. For now clean the area with mild soap and then keep it as dry as possible.
