I would not recommend any human ear drops without a vet exam first. There are some medications that can cause permanent hearing loss if the ear drum is ruptured, so we like to check for that, and it is also possible what is going on could be an infection not treated by that type of drop (dogs often have bacteria and yeast in the ear) or could be something totally different such as Vestibular disease. I would recommend an exam with your vet before putting any drops in the ear.

No, I would not recommend using human ear drops in Jimmy's ears. If he does have an ear infection, he needs to be seen by a vet to determine what kind of infection is present (yeast, bacterial, etc.) so that appropriate medication can be prescribed for him. Some ear medications can cause damage to the ear or even deafness if the ear drum is damaged, so it's important not to put anything in the ear until your vet is able to examine it and determine what would be safe to use.
