My dog's head tilts, paws stiffen, and panics. Are these seizures?

Pet's info: Dog | Labradoodle | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 6 months old

bruno gets a kind of attack where his head tilts and is not able to move also his all the four paw get stiff and he cannot move and panicks. i had consulted a vet he did blood test and said he is normal. but this kind of attack he experienced twice in this week. what is it and what is the cure?

I would be concerned about a seizure from this description. Try to get a video to show your vet. It's common for blood work to be normal after seizures. He could have epilepsy, or a congenital issue, or it could be something else entirely. There are many different seizure medications that can help, if your vet thinks it was a seizure after watch the video (and reviewing their exam and bloodwork results).
