Why is my dog's belly hard, bloated, restless, and trying to vomit?

Pet's info: Dog | Schnoodle | Male | neutered | 3 years and 7 months old | 11 lbs

My dog belly is bloated hard and body feels bit hard. He's restless can't get comfortable. He sounded as if vomiting last night but nothing came up. Won't drink anything at all. And acting strange.

These signs could be compatible with an inflammation infection of the gastrointestinal system and surrounding organs (like pancreas and liver). I cannot rule out, even though not likely in Schnoodles, a possible bloat and gastric torsion.
A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is immediately essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics and possibly further investigations (like abdominal imaging as ultrasound or radiographs) may be needed.
