My dog is vomiting bile and restless. Is his sensitive stomach food working?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 127 lbs

Our french/Boston terrier is pucking bile/restless. He has gone #1&2 with no problems. We have him on food for sensative stomachs

These signs could be compatible with an inflammation infection of the gastrointestinal system and surrounding organs (like pancreas and liver). A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is immediately essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics and possibly further investigations (like abdominal imaging as ultrasound or radiographs) may be needed.

    The treatment would depend on that may have poisoned Sky, but poisoning is not that common. It's more likely he has a GI illness. It's good that he's eaten a bit and isn't vomiting. I think it's a good plan to have him seen by the vet again tomorrow if he still isn't 100%. I hope he feels better soon.

    Any animal that is vomiting with a sore stomach could be a life-threatening emergency. Concern about obstruction or a possible bloated or twisted stomach, especially if he is restless is possible. I recommend having your animal seen by a vet immediately. If your regular veterinarian is not available I would recommend going to an emergency clinic.
