Dog's grooming cuts are raw and bleeding. How to heal at home?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered

my dog recently had his hair cut he is part shit-zu,and part pug i noticed on 2 spots one on his belly and one near his groin were cut resulting in 2 scabs in said areas since they were starting to heal he is always scratching and licking them to the point where i cant even touch the areas because they are raw and start to bleed i cant afford a vet but is there anything i can do at home to help the areas heal

The first thing you need to do is get an e-collar for Buster so he cannot pick on the cuts. You can put some neosporine on the cuts once a day and the should be healing soon. If these cuts do not heal within a week they will need to be seen by a veterinarian.
