My dog has green buildup on his teeth. What is it and is it serious?

If Ryder was eating grass or plants, this green stuff could be that. This green stuff could also be tartar build up that is connected to infection. I would have Ryder seen by a vet today. If this is tartar, he will need a dental cleaning, scaling, and polishing to remove it.
